Licensed to practice Dentistry wiht highest honors, State Examination, University of Modena (November 1987). Post Graduate Course in Edgewise Technique (1989-1990). Attended the C.H. Tweed Foundation Course for Orthodontic Research in Tucson, Arizona (USA) in 1992 and again in 1997. Annual Advanced Course in Orthognathodontics, University of Milan (1996). Attended numerous additional certified professional courses. Admitted (through competitive selection) to the School of Specialization in Orthognathodontics, University of Padua (Academy Year 2000-2001). Obtained Specialization in Orthognathodontics on December 16, 2003. Thesis title: “Effects of Orthopedic Forces According to the Directional Force System in Class II Malocclusions: Impact on Mandibular Response”.
